An exact reproduction of Zippo's flip-top lighter from 1941. In 1941 they made the case look more slim by having flat planes with sharper and less rounded edges where the front and back surfaces meet the sides. The lid and bottom case are joined by a four barrel hinge which they eventually changed to a five barrel hinge after the 1950's. The inside of the bottom of the case is flatter with squared edges where the front and back surfaces meet the sides. So many details on something so simple and functional.
