Studio D'Artisan have come through with a special edition straight leg jean made of a custom 16oz natural indigo denim made of a mix of 6 and 5 count gauge slub and super slub yarns. The combination of this mix of yarns and the natural indigo dye process gives this denim a unique feel and look. This is a denim which will look seriously nice after it's been worn in.

Enjoy the same look found on vintage jeans and all jeans from our Japanese manufacturers by retaining the chainstitched hem by having your jeans hemmed by us on our vintage Union Special 43200g Chainstitching machine.
With a chainstitch your hem will form a beautiful roping effect over time due to the opposite pull of denim during regular wear and washing/shrinking. Wabi-Sabi Indeed.
