Self Edge Graphic Series T-Shirt #19 - Iced Out Kei Truck

#19 in our Graphic Series is based on a photograph taken in Japan 13 years ago. We were in Tokyo to meet with our Japanese brands… it was early morning outside our hotel in Shibuya, a Kei truck stopped in front of us and the driver jumped out unloading bags of ice into the bar next door.   Emblazoned on the back of the truck were the words “POOR ICE SPOIL YOUR WHISKY”.  Over the years we kept coming back to the photo, the words, and the idea of a small batch ice delivery company freezing water overnight so they can deliver it to bars wanting to serve their patrons perfectly crystal clear cubes of ice.  We twisted the concept a bit and made it our own for these graphic tees. ⠀
